We have updated the Guidance Flow Chart for the ADCR Authorisation Applications with all known REACH Authorisation numbers for EU. The current version is v3 of December 2024

On 19 January 2026, Defra made three decisions on new applications for authorisation submitted by ADCR in July 2024. These three decisions are the first Defra decisions on the UK tranche 2 applications from ADCR. The decisions have been sent to the applicants, and are expected to be published by the UK Government in the near future ( Authorisation decisions: UK REACH - GOV.UK ). Once the public links are available, ADCR will provide additional updates. The final four Defra decisions on submitted ADCR Review Reports in the UK are expected no later than March 2026.
